Today was my day off so Claire and I went to PJ's and had fried green tomatoes. At left is Claire's "boyfriend." At least that's what she called him when she was little. We brought him along because he was green.

Actually, Liane and Karena called him my "boyfriend" which kind of embarrassed me in those days. "Boyfriend" was a scandalous word to me.
My fond name for him was simply, "Fatface." I took him everywhere.

Fried green tomatoes??? I've never had that. It sounds gross but looks good.
