We didn't set up the crib until the week before she was born! LOL! But she's in a bassinet in our room for the first few months anyway, so the crib hasn't even been used yet.
BTW, craigslist is a great place to get used baby stuff. We bought a Pottery Barn crib, changing table and bassinet from craigslist.
Hurray! I remember when we put together the crib, suddenly it seemed a whole lot more real that someone new was actually going to be living with us in our house. Happy anticipating : )
