Okay, that picture is messing with my head just a little. :)

I was anti-facial hair before falling in love with a bearded man. Now I rather like it. :) Russell doesn't wear a mustache with his so I don't really like when he has a few days of stubble there...ouch...but most of the time it's adorable. Er, manly. Nevermind he looks a little like a leprechaun. An, um, manly one. :)

When you mentioned him sticking his tongue out to play with the edges of his goatee, I thought, "Oh, that's weird." Then I realized Russell sort of chews on the hair right below his lip...so not so weird. :)

All this makes me very glad I can't grow a beard...wouldn't want to have to decide if/how/how long to wear it. :)

And I don't know the protocol for responding to a comment either. I just usually respond on the other person's blog. I never think to check the blog I left a comment on for a reply. :)

Okay, wow!

I was wondering who the other girls were. :O)

How did you DO that?

Freakish! I wanted to do something like that for my self portrait pic...but it's hard enough getting one decent picture of myself. Plus, I'm not sure I could pull it off anyway. Did you use photoshop?

It actually is very simple. The whole process took about an hour from taking the pictures to putting them on the blog. You can use any program that lets you use layers. I put the three pictures together and just used the eraser tool to paint through to the portions of the picture that contained Claire. I had a fourth pciture of Claire in the background, but it would have taken too long to blend properly. I didn't have a chance to take any pictures yesterday until I got home from work at 9:30, so it was a little rushed. You can see that Claire is a little out of focus, but I was too lazy to retake the pictures.

Yeah- and the real freakish part is how I look like a hulking beast there at the bottom...and, out of focus or no, it goes onto the blog. Yay. I'm just glad that the fourth picture didn't make it into the mix because I look like a prison warden-ess...Thank goodness for taking pictures of strangers today.

it reminds of the little girl in the movie The Grudge. Way to be Scary, Claire!
